My career journey has been nothing short of a fascinating adventure, spanning across various sectors and rich with diverse experiences. I began my professional life in the Civil Service, where I learned the value of organisation and a commitment to service.

 

My passion for customer interaction led me to a pivotal role as a retail manager with Homebase. In this capacity, I was responsible for new store openings throughout the UK and Ireland, a challenge that sharpened my leadership skills and ignited my enthusiasm for business operations.

 

In 2006, I was offered a position with Unatrac as the Group HR manager. Over the course of a decade in this role, I had the incredible opportunity to work across EMEAR (Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Russia). I often reminisce about the enriching experiences gained while working with professionals from various cultures, which expanded my horizons and deepened my understanding of global business practices.

In 2015, I realised a long-held ambition to work independently and founded my own company, Riverwell Ltd. This marked a transformation in my career, allowing me the freedom to pursue my passion for providing outstanding service. Over the past ten years, I've had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse range of businesses, from startups to established conglomerates. I focus on delivering first-class services and ensuring that every partnership is valued for its quality and impact.

At the heart of my professional philosophy is a dedication to people. I thrive on meeting new clients, developing strong connections, and finding tailored solutions to their challenges. I believe that every interaction is an opportunity to create value and make a difference, whether it's helping a business navigate complex HR issues or simply lending an ear to a client's concerns.

Outside of work, my life is filled with love and laughter. I am happily married and a proud father of two wonderful children. I cherish the moments we spend together, especially those that involve travel which allows us to create great memories.

In my leisure time, I enjoy taking long walks with my dog, discovering the beauty of the outdoors, and seeking out those hidden gem pubs along the way. There's something special about combining nature with a good pint and the company of friends or family.
